Just in case you dont know the drill, serial killer Michael Myers slices and dices oversexed teens. So feel free to insert any "Halloween" film review in this slot, with the exception of John Carpenter's stylish 1978 original film, because if youve seen one, youve seen
well, you get the idea.
In this eighth installment rapper/actor Busta Rhymes plays a trash television host looking to cash in on a group of teens spending the night in Myers old house for a Webcast event.
Of course Myers shows up and makes mincemeat out of trespassers. Jamie Lee Curtis, reprises her role as Myers sister. But the sad fact is, Curtis character and Myers are 25 years older. You would think they would be ordering senior meals at the nearest Wendys restaurant instead of chasing each other around a dark house with sharp pointy objects.
You can count on the suits who produce the "Halloween" series to keep cranking these babies out as long as they can sell tickets. So dont worry if you miss this one. There will undoubtedly be others.
